      Additional printers include Kauffmann (Nuremberg), Vogt (Goslar), Keyser (Stockholm), Endter/Wust (Nuremberg/Frankfurt a.M.), Richter/Waysenhaus (Altenburg), Müller/Waysenhaus (Jena), Nissen/Völcker (Ratzeburg), Fürßen/Kelp (Lüneburg); Knorz/Hoffmann (Nuremberg); Hofmann (Nuremberg), Meyer/Hoffmann (Altdorf), Lichtenthaler/Hoffmann (Sulzbach); Hoffmann/Sievert (Ratzeburg); Holwein (Stade), Süsterman (Stendal); Detleffsen (Minden), and Pfeiffer (Lauenburg). As Schellmann demonstrated, the original woodblocks—156 out of 168 of which are still preserved in the Lüneburg museum—appear to have never been used; instead, clichés were employed - G.J.
